We pride ourselves on producing a high quality product, but with any businesses errors may occur.  If you have a concern regarding one of our products please contact us within 14 days of receipt of our product and we will work with you to rectify the issue. 

Please provide invoice number, a description of concern you have along with a picture so we can assess the product.
